There’s something timeless about a black and white photograph of wild Africa. The monochromatic image of a dusty bull elephant standing sentinel on a grassy savanna or a herd of zebra lined up to drink on the edge of a mirror-like waterhole - their black and white stripes imprinted on the water’s glassy surface. Such photographs stir our imaginations, conjuring up images of a bygone Africa. A lush, verdant Africa brimming with wildlife.
With that in mind, we’d like to share a collection of 12 black and white wildlife images. These images were taken between 2006-2016 in seven countries located in Central, Southern, and East Africa.
