Since we purchased a new Mercedes Sprinter 170 to convert into our new van home, we've been working long hours on our van build layout. After we briefly discuss our van build requirements, we head to the van to tape out the layout and give a pre-build van tour. While we've built two Land Cruisers for overland travel with the help of outfitters, this will be the first project we've undertaken on our own. We feel like we're at the bottom of Mt. Everest as we look at all the projects to complete our tiny home build, but we are excited and eager to get underway.
After watching countless van build layout videos on youtube, we gravitated to the van conversion by Acts of Adventure. We like their cozy cabin feel, and the shower placement provides separation from the bedroom and living area.
