El Fin Del Mundo

Camping on a quiet stretch of  river in Estancia Haberton. Ushuaia's promoted as the bottom of South America - 'El Fin Del Mundo.' But the road continues further south. 129 kilometers beyond Ushuaia, on the Beagle Channel, is Estancia Moat and the end of the road. Where the road ends we found foul weather, deserted beaches, and a foreboding atmosphere that felt thousands of miles removed from Ushuaia's bustle. We also found dozens of whales and a sense of solitude that made the journey well worth the effort.
